YOUR ROLE
As an Allround IT Assistant (weekend work – student), you will support various internal IT tasks, including workplace IT support for our engineering team. You’ll be installing and setting up systems, answering questions, and troubleshooting IT issues.
Your responsibilities include:
- creating new user accounts, performing updates, installing software, maintaining backup systems, and supporting the voice-over-IP system.
- assisting users with questions and issues related to the provided IT infrastructure.
- preparing PCs and other hardware for use, installing and configuring software according to specific needs.
- investigating and testing requests for specific functionalities in standard software and hardware, and communicating the solutions.
- providing input on optimizing service delivery and improving the efficient use of IT infrastructure.

Profile
- a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience (as IT technician)
- solid knowledge of the standard hardware (PC's and printers) and software used by our employees.
- a structured, accurate, fast and effiecient work style
- a results- and performance driven mindset with a srong eye for order and quality.
Offer
Work can be done on Saturday mornings, during holidays or at a weekday time by arrangement.
