YOUR ROLE
As a Mechanical Engineer, you are responsible for executing complex projects from A to Z, in other words, from concept phase to production. This includes design, engineering, prototyping, testing, inspection, and qualitative elaboration. You create design, production, and order drawings and, if necessary, perform strength calculations. Furthermore, you monitor the product and regularly propose optimization projects. You are able to meet the set deadlines. Communicating ideas clearly to the client is no problem for you.

Profile
For this position, we are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and inventive men/women/... Additionally you possess:
- a master’s degree in mechanical design or a related field
- at least 5 years of relevant experience in various engineering roles
- knowledge of 3D-CAD software (SolidWorks); experience with Inventor or Creo is a plus
- strong technical and spatial insight, with knowledge of basic manufacturing techniques (turning, milling, etc.)
- good material knowledge; tolerances and fits hold no secrets for you
- good communication skills in common languages
- a positive attitude and assertive personality
- flexibility, enabling you to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- a positive and assertive mindset, flexibility, and a strong dose of Kempen (regional) drive and
