YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Engineer, you serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, translating their needs into tailored solutions across our five specialized business units.
Profile
For this position, we are looking for someone with drive. Someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and inventive. Additionally, you possess:
- a bachelor's degree or equivalent level gained through experience
- master's level thinking combined with technical-commercial experience in a B2B environment
- a trui SME spirit: social, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented
- a passion for technology and mechanics; you enjoy contributing to technical solutions
- strong interpersonal skills, able to negotiate, network and work independently
- a positive and assertive attitude, flexibility and a healthy dose of (Kempian) drive
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- relationship management: building long-term customer relationships, listening to client needs, identifying opportunities and informing customers about our services
- quotes and pricing agreemenent: translating requests into tailored proposals, working together with our engineers to find the most suitable customer-specific solution when needed.
- orders and project follow-up: managing the order process for engineering projects involving machining and assembly, while monitoring deadlines and planning.
- post-calculation and optimization: evaluating our cost estimates and sales processes, improving our commercial approach and quotations where necessary (e.g., tenders).
- trade shows: representing 3DCadworks group alongside the managing director at trade shows (1 to 2 times per year).
- commercial growth: actively contributing to the growth of 3DCadworks group.
