Our division Caden is the extension of our strong engineering branch and develops innovative mechanical solutions in CAD models to adress a variety of challenges across a broad industrial context. In addition to design, we also place great emphasis on aesthetics, user experience and sustainability!
YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you are responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish, from the conceptual phase to production. This includes design, engineering, prototyping, testing, inspection and delivering high-quality results. You will create design, production and order drawings. When necessary, you need to be able to calculate strength calculations. Additionally, you monitor the product throughout its lifecycle and regularly propose optimization projects. Meeting set deadlines is also part of your role and communicating ideas clearly to clients is nature to you.

Profile
- a master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- at least 5 years of relevant work experience in various engineering roles
- knowledge of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks); experience with Inventor or Creo is a plus
- excellent technical and spatial insight with knowledge of manufacturing techniques such as turning and milling
- strong communication skills in multiple languages
- a positive and assertive attitude, flexibility and a healthy dose of (Kempian) drive!
